Whenever we go visit dad, aside from taking what's in his wallet (at the front of the picture) we like grabbing some snacks from his fruit plate. Mango, pear, avacado, sweet potato, squash, banana.
When these healthy snacks/options are left out, you are more likely to eat them when you're hungry. Dad likes to grab n go, so these are perfect options for him to do that. It also keeps healthy carbohydrate options top of mind.
